I have been working in photography for about 10 years. I have enjoyed shooting everything from nature to weddings and sporting events. I have moved along from one type of photography to another as it became within my reach to do and still try to work as much as I can with each type of photography that I have tried and work towards those that I have not tried.
At the moment I am working with digital photography and trying to get as comfortable as possible in the ever-changing world of the digi-cam. With a new camera coming out boasting the newest and hottest technology every 6-8 months and the companies fighting for the number one position with the consumers it is hard to know what is going to happen next! I have settled in with my equipment for the time being until I find that I have out grown what I have, at which time I will move on to the latest innovation to help me get what I see in my head to these galleries.
I hope that as you look through these galleries that you find a subject that interests you and a photograph that truly speaks to your being, as that is my goal, to take images that speak to many people, not just me. Enjoy your stay.
The photography in these galleries is some of the work that I and my father, Rick, have done and wished to share with everyone, we believed that some people may enjoy looking at some of these images and also may wish to have a few of them. Photography has brought my father and I closer together and we hope that these images help bring you closer to whatever they make you think about or speak to you about. Photography is something that everyone can do. It is something that just about anyone could enjoy doing at some level, whether it is just looking at the images that others create or if it is creating images for others to enjoy. Photography is a wondrous art, and I hope that you will believe the same after looking though these galleries if you don't already.
This gallery is set up to break up the different categories that I find the images fall into. All the images in the galleries are taken by myself over the years. I try to keep all these galleries up to date with some of my latest works, but sometimes I fall a little behind. These images are some of the images that we have taken that have either spoken to us, or have made us think a little more about different things. All the images are special in one way or another, either it is the first that we have taken of a particular subject that is close to us or it just has some quality to it that is special to us, such as being as serene as the sunset above.
